Tour Policies Tour Size and Privacy Our tours are small and fully private, accommodating a maximum of four (4) guests per tour to ensure a personalized experience. Adult-Only Tours At this time, all tours are exclusively for adults. Accessibility Due to varying accessibility conditions at some destinations, certain tours may not be suitable for customers with specific accessibility requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can discuss options and make every effort to accommodate your needs. Force Majeure Policy In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions, natural events) that prevent the tour from proceeding as scheduled, we will reschedule for an alternative date during your stay. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund within fifteen (15) business days. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time (local time) to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a 50% penalty. Customer Safety and Compliance All participants are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations. Tours are conducted in accordance with Costa Rican safety and environmental laws to preserve the country's rich biodiversity.
